Procedures for Applicants:
 

Organizations requesting funds are encouraged to help promote the annual Delta Soul Celebrity Golf & Charity Event to potential participants and sponsors and/or by providing volunteers for the event either through its employees or board members.
 

• Submit completed grant application below by July 31st

• Submit completed Grant Summary Form below by July 31st (required if you received a grant in 2024) 

• Submit list of organization’s board members

• Submit paperwork documenting charitable status

• All applicants will be notified with a decision by September 1st​
