Procedures for Applicants:
 

Organizations requesting funds are asked to support the Delta Soul Charity Event by providing volunteers for the event either through its employees or board members and to help promote the event to potential participants and sponsors.
 

• Submit completed grant application below by August 31st

• Submit completed Grant Summary Form below by August 31st if you received a grant in 2023  

• Submit list of organization’s board members

• Submit paperwork documenting charitable status

• All applicants will be notified with a decision by October 1st​
